The color of a baking pan influences the browning of your baked goods the darker the color, the more browning occurs. Our nonstick cookie pans are a light Gray color to prevent over browning, and they also have a shallow lip around the edge of the pan making them suitable for jobs beyond baking such as roasting vegetables.
